Terms of Service

Last updated 2026

These terms cover your use of Athlorium while the product is in active development. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Using Athlorium

You must be able to form a binding agreement to use Athlorium. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure — let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Use the service lawfully, and don't:

  • post content you don't have the right to share, or that is unlawful, misleading, or abusive;
  • impersonate an organization, team, or person you don't represent;
  • attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service or its data.

Organizations, teams & rosters

Athlorium lets you create and manage organizations, teams, rosters, schedules, scores, and stats. If you add other people to an organization, you're responsible for having the authority to do so and for the roles you assign them.

Your content

You retain ownership of the rosters, stats, media, and other content you add. You grant Athlorium the permissions needed to host, display, and distribute that content so the service can function for you and your audience.

You're responsible for making sure you have the rights and any necessary consents for the content and personal information you upload — especially for minors.

Availability & changes

Athlorium is offered on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis while we build. Features may change, break, or be removed, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes we'll take reasonable steps to let you know; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Accounts & termination

You can stop using Athlorium at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if needed to protect the service or other users.
